Catalyst has grown steadily since its formation in 1995. There are four Directors at the core of the organisation who own and run the business. This has proved to be a unique strength of Catalyst. We are not dependent on one individual as the "brains" behind the company, similarly we are not an "egocentric" business. Each of us comes with different senior professional backgrounds. Added to that, the team of experts we have recruited to work with us is second to none. We have a highly talented team of people who have been selected very carefully to work as part of the Catalyst team. In addition to the team below we also have an extensive network of associates who we call upon when needed for specific requirements (covering different languages and geographies across the world).
Each person has specific skills, languages and expertise as well as significant experience. Our capacity to deliver consulting and training programmes with this team is extensive.
