Consultant/Trainers (UK Based)
We are currently seeking to recruit experienced consultants / trainers to our expert team. Ideally candidates will have extensive relevant experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Leading business improvement through the application of Lean in a range of service, logistics and manufacturing environments. Specific experience in facilitating Kaizen workshops, implementing Visual Management systems, and training or coaching front-line staff is particularly important.
- Improving business processes through Lean Six Sigma projects and programmes. Specific experience and skills in leading the training of Yellow Belt and / or Green Belt level programmes is essential.
- Expertise at the highest level in Six Sigma statistical techniques and recent experience of training Black Belt programmes including expert use of Minitab.
- Experience of using DFSS in practice and advanced use of DFSS tools and techniques with the ability to train DFSS programmes.
Specific knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma in one or more of the following sectors would be of particular value: Financial Services, Logistics, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms/IT, Public Sector including (but notnecessarily limited to) the NHS and Local Government.
