We offer Open and In-house Lean Six Sigma training and support in collaboration with Quality Scotland.

Quality Scotland is a member-based charity that promotes Business Excellence across Scotland in the private, public and voluntary sectors. As the National Partner Organisation for EFQM, the most widely used management framework in Europe, Quality Scotland are the accredited body for using and applying the Excellence Model in Scotland.

As a Partner in Excellence, Moore Allison is licensed to carry out work on behalf of Quality Scotland including the delivery of training courses, assessments and facilitation.
