Introducing Catalyst

Catalyst Scotland is headed by Moore Allison, previously co-owner of Six Sigma Scotland Ltd.

We offer Open and In-house Lean Six Sigma training and support in collaboration with Quality Scotland.

Reasons to choose Catalyst Scotland/Quality Scotland Open Training:

  • Hundreds of people from organisations of every kind have enjoyed and benefited from our open courses.
  • The courses are hands-on, packed with information and tools to help you lead your own successful projects. We’ll give you guidelines to choose a project beforehand so you can get started during the course.
  • Your trainer was previously a full-time practising Black Belt in Motorola. Over the last 7 years he has trained and coached many hundreds of Green and Black Belts across all sectors in large and small organisations.
  • Completing our courses is the first step to Green and Black Belt certification through the British Quality Foundation.

"A very complete course that provides knowledge in all the tools that one can use to encourage continuous improvement in an organisation".
Jose Hernandez, University of Strathclyde, Lean Six Sigma Module 1 programme led by Moore Allison
