Commitment
For recognition at this level, you need to demonstrate that you are committed to and apply the principles contained in the EFQM Excellence model, through self assessment.
Catalyst’s BEST workbook is an excellent introduction to self assessment. With no previous experience your management team can conduct a facilitated self assessment in a day, identifying Strengths and Areas for Improvement with real business benefit and this can be repeated to monitor progress. We can work with you to customise the workbook to fit your particular operation.
Catalyst’s support does not end with diagnosis. Many organisations fail to get the most benefit out of their self assessment because the follow-up and improvement activity is sub-optimal.
Achievement
Organisations attaining a score of at least 400 points by external EFQM approved assessment will receive an Achievement award.
