Christine Lambert has extensive experience as a senior HR and Development professional. She has worked across the fmcg, Financial and Telecoms sectors within blue chip organisations in the UK and internationally over the past 25 years. Her roles have involved working closely with all business functions as part of the leadership team which shows that she is commercially focused and strongly believes that, with the right leadership, employees can add significantly more value. She has led professional HR teams, cross functional and international, virtual teams and advised on and implemented change resulting from mergers, acquisitions, re-organisations, cultural change and internationalisation. She has been involved in executive and talent identification, development and coaching.
She is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a fluent French speaker and an NLP practitioner. She is an Associate Partner with Catalyst Consulting Limited, leading their People Skills suite including facilitating their established Change and Coaching programmes and the new Leadership programme, as well as undertaking bespoke change assignments.
