Phil’s strong engineering and manufacturing background includes working as a Black Belt in the automotives industry, functioning as an internal consultant in Six Sigma and statistical methods for Visteon, providing on-site support for engineering and quality functions at Jaguar Cars, as well as experience in Solid State Logic. He is experienced in the application of both Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques, with extensive experience of managing Kaizen blitz events, and applying the G8D approach to problem solving. Phil is very much a people orientated individual, providing effective training, facilitation and coaching support to individuals and improvement teams.

Phil’s qualifications include an MSc Automotive Engineering, and an Electronics BSc. Phil is currently working in a large service organisation providing support and guidance in the development of value stream process maps and the identification of risk.
