Specific Outcomes

Participants will:

  • understand their personal drivers, preferred leadership style and understand how they might flex their style to lead and execute change
  • adapt a trusted leadership model to their own approach so that it can be transferred into the context of the organisation on return to the workplace
  • be able to create a vision and/or communicate the organisation’s vision so that it excites and engages hearts and minds
  • be able to build, lead and coach a high performing team
  • understand the broader role of the leader in building collaborative relationships/connections
  • create a plan of action to implement new skills and insights, thereby increasing their leadership effectiveness
