Following a resounding success with the Coaching Clinic held on 4th and 5th December 2007 in Stratford-upon-Avon, Catalyst has added a series of new dates in 2008 for this new and unique course created for Lean Six Sigma professionals to learn how to use coaching skills to enhance their business results.
2008 Dates for the Catalyst Coaching Clinic:
11th - 12 March 2008
13th - 14th May 2008
28th - 29th October 2008
2nd - 3rd December 2008
The Coaching Clinic (a product of Coach U) generates rapid development of individuals and teams while increasing leadership potential. It has been brought into businesses world-wide by trained and licensed facilitators, and has earned the reputation as comprehensive training for managers in core coaching skills.
Catalyst’s Susan Kuepfer is now bringing this program to the Lean Six Sigma world, to help a community that already sees the value and uses coaching as a way of getting results.
The course covers:
- What it takes to be a coach in a Lean Six Sigma environment
- The 5 step process of coaching
- 4 key coaching skills
- Defining each participants own persona coaching style and that of others
- How to put coaching into place in each delegates own Lean Six Sigma environment
In addition to the 2 day course, Susan will also provide personal coaching follow-up with each participant to help anchor the skills learned and answer any questions that may come up after the course. This is included in the course price of £1220 plus vat. This also includes a course dinner on the evening of the first day.
This course is ideal for Master Black Belts or Black Belts who already coach others in their organisations, as well those aspiring to do so in the future. Deployment leaders and project Champions will also benefit from this course as the skills of coaching will not only enhance their leadership, but their overall ability to succeed in a corporate environment.
Upon completion of this course, delegates will be able to immediately use their new coaching skills in their workplace, developing themselves as leaders and contributing to the development of those they coach. Specifically, their new coaching skills will:
- promote innovation and accelerate results
- effectively develop and retain valuable organisational members
- improve organisational, communication and team effectiveness
- deepen commitment to personal, professional and organisational goals
