Recognising the need for rapid improvement, Catalyst has developed the application of Lean techniques within a workshop based approach using the Sigma DMAIC framework. This is an area of specialism for us which we call Kai Sigma. Kai Sigma builds on the Kaizen (continuous improvement) event based approach, and retains the DMAIC Six Sigma framework, as this is so effective at ensuring the agreed actions are implemented and control measures are put into place to monitor ongoing operations (Lean without these steps often results in short lived success).

Catalyst is currently looking to use their expertise to work with you in the Planning (workshop facilitation through typically three workshop days) and Follow-up (ensuring actions are implemented and controls put in place) of your projects at a Special Bundled Price of £4,995  (ex VAT), including all travel expenses (UK only) for each Kai Sigma project.
