Note – This course assumes a foundation level awareness of six sigma and lean techniques

This 4-day course will give you an excellent perspective on the DFLSS methodology and how it may be applied. Equally applicable to manufacturing & service environments, the training uses the “House of Quality” approach as its foundation.

The course provides training on the range of DFLSS tools & techniques and shows clearly how these link with and build on the more familiar Lean Six Sigma Improvement tools that you may already be using in your business. The practical challenges of Implementation of DFLSS will also be discussed
