Aahuti Rai - Associate Director

As a Business Consultant and Executive Coach, Aahuti’s offering is focused on enabling results, facilitating change within organisations, and accelerating the personal development of her clients. She achieves this through a range of Business Improvement approaches appropriate for strategic initiatives and operational projects combined with coaching skills.  In her career with General Electric Company (GE) she has had a strong performance trend by consistently being in the Top 10% and was selected to be part of GE’s Talent Pool (List of highest potential employees in Europe).    
As European Customer Service Process Manager, Aahuti gained operational status of a Master Black Belt with GE. She did this through leadership and implementation of a strategic initiative generating $3.5 million annual benefit.

To gain certification as a Black Belt, Aahuti completed Six Sigma projects with tangible benefits. In her first project she generated $186,000 savings by reducing the number of Customer Returns in GE Lighting by 80%; the cycle time of the process was also reduced by 51% by redesigning it. Her second project used 'Design for Six Sigma' methodology in which she generated a 30% cycle-time reduction for the Company’s new product launches.

As a Consultant and Professional Coach, Aahuti has established excellent client relationships which have resulted in several long-term assignments including BT Retail, BT Global, Honeywell, and Abbey amongst others.
