Mike Curry spent 15 years working internationally in the area of strategic human resource development for the Dow Chemical Company, with particular emphasis on quality, Lean Six Sigma and organisational effectiveness consulting. His earlier career was in R&D and manufacturing management in a variety of chemical-related companies.
With his keen interest in organization assessment, he has coached and facilitated many groups and teams through assessment processes and strategy development and has been prominent in the UK Business Excellence Award since 1994.
From 1996 to 2003, Mike has been a faculty member at Management Centre Europe in Brussels where he regularly taught People Development. Since 2003 he has been a part-time lecturer at Portsmouth University Business School. He holds a PhD in Chemistry and lives in the South West of England. |

Mike focuses on the areas of:
- People development and Leadership through training and personal coaching.
- Organisation development through the thoughtful use and application of strategy development, total quality systems (such as ISO 9001 and Lean Six Sigma improvement) and Business Excellence principles (including facilitation, training and assessments).
He has supported organisations within the chemical, telecommunications, brewing, banking and scientific instrument industries and local government in these areas.

- Design and delivery of Leadership and Team Building training for a UK Healthcare organisation.
