This training programme will provide the expertise to achieve these objectives as well as equipping delegates to become process experts and internal consultants.
The programme comprises the following modules:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (online, 4 days open, 6 days in-house)
- Change Management (3 days)
- Process Measurement and Control (3 days)
- Data Analysis Techniques (3 days)
- Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Tools (3 days)
Optional, but highly recommended:
The modules can be taken in rapid succession in one training wave or spread out over a longer time period. If you have already completed some of the modules you can easily upgrade to Black Belt.
Advanced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Tools Module
Advanced Black Belt Tools builds on the statistical toolset covered in the previous modules and adds advanced techniques including Design of Experiments, General Linear Model and Logistic Regression.
These powerful tools will enable you to discover and understand the factors and factor-interactions which drive process performance in almost any business environment. As with all our statistical tools modules, we use Minitab software to do the hard work but you will further develop your confidence and ability to make decisions with data.
Our Lean Six Sigma Open Programme offers all of these modules and provides flexibility for our clients who often follow up in-house programmes with Lean Six Sigma Open Programme modules for a smaller group of people. Equally relevant to manufacturing and service environments, the mix of delegates on the training is one of the attractions of attending our open programme.
The ‘in-house or open’ decision for clients will usually depend on the numbers and logistics involved. Building on the Foundation Lean Six Sigma Green Belt module, this programme goes on to introduce the statistical tools most often needed for DMAIC projects. Our Lean Six Sigma Open Programme modules are built around the use of Minitab, but in-house, we are able to offer this training with other software options, including JMP.
