At BT, Martin headed Group Quality and worked directly with divisional MDs and their teams on major change programmes. He is also author/co-author of leading publications including Wiley’s Lean Six Sigma for Dummies and Lean Six Sigma for Leaders, used globally.

Martin helped shape Catalyst’s approach to operational excellence, combining consultancy delivery with capability-building through training and coaching. Earlier, his BT leadership roles positioned him at the centre of large-scale transformation, setting standards for quality and delivery across the group.

Qualifications & Professional Background

Martin holds an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a BQF-certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
