Since joining Catalyst in 2008, Rob has trained over 400 Green Belts and 100 Black Belts and coached programmes across public and private sectors.

Rob is known as an outstanding trainer who treats each delegate as an individual, tailoring learning to real operational challenges.

At Caterpillar, Rob delivered projects exceeding $95m in benefits and coached over 60 Black Belts across Europe.

Rob supports Catalyst clients through training, coaching, and deployment support across energy, finance, construction, healthcare, and technology.

Rob holds a Master Black Belt certification and has deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools, statistics, and practical application.

Rob has worked across global enterprises and complex value streams, from supply chain and procurement to contact centre operations.
