The Challenge

A large local government authority wanted to embed continuous improvement as a core organisational capability — not reliant on external support, but owned by employees at all levels. This required structured learning pathways, accredited training, leadership sponsorship and an engaged CI community.

Our Approach

We partnered with the organisation to complement its internal CI strategy with flexible, scalable support. This included BQF-accredited Lean Six Sigma training from awareness through to advanced practitioner levels, alongside Agile-enabled CI learning to support effective delivery.

Our learning approach combined interactive simulations, practical project delivery, coaching, and expert practitioner support for complex challenges and Kaizen events.
