The training has been completed. The tools, the methods and the theory are in the bag. Now it’s time to make them work in real life, for example on a real project, with real constraints and real deadlines. That’s where coaching comes in. Our coaching services are built for practitioners at exactly this point: trained, capable, and ready to apply the learning.

A message for the newly trained: you don’t have to do it on your own, and you don’t have to settle for anything less than the standard you were taught.

Our coaching is structured around the coachee. Whether steering a single improvement project or building capability across a wider programme, we shape the engagement around specific objectives, projects and pacing.

How it works

Coaching is delivered in sessions, and sessions can be split into segments to suit individual needs. We work around the projects and initiatives you are actually running, using your own data, problems and stakeholders as the material for the coaching.

Sessions are typically delivered online via Teams, which keeps them easy to arrange and simple to fit around delivery commitments. Face-to-face coaching can also be arranged where that suits the work better.

As well as Lean Six Sigma Belts and Lean Practitioners, our coaching clients include project managers, continuous improvement leads, quality improvement practitioners, service managers and change professionals across public and private sector organisations.
