As EMEA Lean Six Sigma Coach Manager at 3M, Edwin developed and deployed Lean Six Sigma across multiple geographies and businesses. He trained and coached more than 700 customers, suppliers, and senior leaders, mentoring leaders and teams on deployment and improvement programmes that delivered cost, cash, and growth benefits.

Qualifications & Professional Background

Edwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, and is a member of IMechE and IET. He is an ICF member, an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner coach, and is completing an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
