Gillian has delivered training, coaching, and consulting across finance, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and technology sectors.

Gillian is passionate about creating engaging learning environments and tailoring solutions to client needs while maintaining rigorous standards.

She successfully embedded Design for Six Sigma into product development, reducing first-year warranty returns from over 4% to under 1%.

At Catalyst, Gillian supports organisations through training, deployment leadership, and complex improvement programmes.

Gillian holds a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Glasgow and is a Certified Agile Scrum Master.

Gillian has worked internationally across Europe and North America in manufacturing, R&D, and service environments.
