She helps coordinate delivery of open and in-house training, consultancy projects, and organisational assessments, ensuring clients receive clear guidance and consistent communication throughout.

Major Achievements

Jenny has coordinated hundreds of delegates through programmes ranging from Lean Six Sigma to Agile and EFQM assessment. She has also supported multi-country sponsor training programmes for an aero-engine manufacturer and helped coordinate large-scale Lean training for local authorities and retail organisations.

Before joining Catalyst in May 2015, Jenny was Director of Services Limited, a quality management and training consultancy. Earlier, she progressed from Bookkeeper/Secretarial Assistant to Client Liaison Manager, Company Secretary, and Director, building strong operational and client partnership capability.
