Neil is an Associate Partner at Catalyst Consulting and an Agile delivery specialist, coach and consultant with over 30 years’ experience leading, troubleshooting and delivering a broad range of enterprise-level business change, technology-enabled transformation and Lean-Agile initiatives. Primarily gained in the finance, public and professional services sectors.
He has a background in application development and solution architecture, where he began his Agile journey in the early 1990’s. His roles have evolved over the last two decades to encompass both, Agile product and programme delivery, plus Agile adoption and transformation. During this time he has practiced, trained and coached a variety of Lean and Agile approaches (including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS, Disciplined Agile, AgilePF, Modern Agile, Scrum) across IT, product development, service delivery and business change environments. He is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and an Agile Project Professional (less than one thousand certified globally by the Agile Business Consortium for this advanced accreditation).
Neil brings an engaging, energetic and highly collaborative presence to both the classroom and the most challenging real world scenarios. He draws on experience from guiding teams large and small, he has consistently helped leaders understand what it is they need to do to unlock the potential of their people and become truly Agile.

We even got a system change in which is unheard of in Essex CC, we’ve never seen things done this quickly before.
